On December 24, 2021, the Isna Ashari Youth Foundation organized a poignant event, "Yaade Imam e Rahil," at Mughal Masjid Dongri, to commemorate the date when Jannatul Baqi, the sacred cemetery in Medina, was demolished by the Saudi Government. The gathering brought together a multitude of devoted individuals to remember this significant historical event and pay homage to the countless revered personalities buried in the sacred grounds of Jannatul Baqi. The program featured enlightening speeches, presentations on the rich cultural and religious heritage associated with the cemetery, and emotional recitations from Islamic texts. Attendees expressed deep sorrow and concern over the loss of such a profound religious site and reiterated the importance of preserving and honoring the holy places of Islam.
